WHAT MAKES SOLUNA PIECES DIFFERENT?

ARE YOUR CRYSTALS AND GEMSTONES NATURAL?
Yes. All Soluna crystals, carvings, and gemstone jewellery are made with natural stones unless stated otherwise. Variations in colour, banding, flash, and inclusions are part of their beauty and uniqueness.
WHY DO MY CRYSTALS OR JEWELLERY LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTOS?
Everything is photographed in natural light, but lighting, angles, and screens can shift how colours appear. Stones like opal, moonstone, labradorite, fluorite, and quartz naturally change depending on angle and brightness. If you’d like extra photos or videos before purchasing, feel free to message us.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will organise a replacement where possible, or a refund if the item is one of a kind.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final due to the delicate nature of crystals and hygiene considerations for earrings. If there is a quality concern or transit damage, please contact us and we’ll take care of you.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
Keep dry. Avoid lotions, perfumes, sweat, and water. Wipe gently after wearing and store in a soft pouch or box. Plated pieces last longest with gentle, minimal exposure to chemicals and moisture.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY CRYSTALS?
Wipe with a dry soft cloth. Avoid water for soft, porous, or reactive stones such as selenite, malachite, calcite, or pyrite. For energetic cleansing, use sound, intention, smoke, or moonlight — whatever practice feels right for you.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
Yes. All Soluna orders come with soft, thoughtful packaging. We can also include a handwritten note upon request.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship internationally via Australia Post. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
